First-and-foremost, we want to protect the intellectual property of our brands. The process to request use of our assets is simple and will take no more than a few days—as long as the benefit is clearly stated and usage aligns with how our brands should be portrayed. Please complete the questions below. The Global Brand team and legal will review the request, consider the strategic benefit to our company, and examine how/where the materials will be used. If the request is approved, the third party will be required to sign a license. Once the license is signed, your primary Dell contact will be able to send you the asset files. This same process should be followed for all other Dell Technologies copyrighted materials. NOTE: This form is intended to grant third parties the right to use our copyrighted materials. It is not intended for Dell Technologies employees to request use of our assets for their branded activities.
